What is Workcamp? It is quite possibly the best week you will ever experience during your high school career!

Work Camp is a week spent having some hardcore fun, making new friends from all over the U.S., growing in your faith, and MOST importantly serving those in need and changing their lives forever.

Here you will have the oppurtunity to literally transform someone's life by committing a week to serving their needs. There is never a greater reward than the appreciation and love that is given in response to the service that you have given them. In 2 Corinthians 4:5 its says "For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as servants for Jesus' sake." We are not called to be sitting ducks here on Earth. Instead, we have been called to give up our lives for others and Christ in order to save it.

This one week during summer is quite possibly changing the world. Come and give it a chance. Turn forms into Paul Devine CYO Director in the church office.

Where is it? CHWC actually takes place all over the nation. From Denver, CO to Boston, MA, to Orlando, FL. It is a great organization and provides a very fun, safe and exciting way to meet the needs of the poor. We are going to be attending the Greensboro, NC camp this year.
