Hello everyone,
My name is Deacon Peter and I am so excited to be here at Nativity! I will be around all summer and then throughout the school year on weekends.
I am the second oldest of six children. I was born in the Northern Virginia area but my Dad was in the Navy so we moved down to Norfolk, out to Seattle, and then back to Newport News, VA. I went to George Mason University and graduated with a degree in Communications in 2013. Afterwards, I made a consecrated commitment within the community of Youth Apostles and did three years of youth ministry at All Saints in Manassas. I entered Mount St. Mary Seminary in 2016 where I have been for the last 5 years. In a little less than a year, I’ll be ordained a priest for the Diocese of Arlington.
I look forward to meeting you and serving however I can, whether it be assisting at Mass, doing a baptism, or just having a good conversation. Please pray for me and be assured of my prayers for you!
