Keep calm and color! Choose colors which make you mindful of the Pentecost Spirit of light and love, not fear and anger. Take a break from the news while you do this. Have a cup of tea or a glass of wine (or any adult beverage of your choice, of course), engage all your senses, and welcome the light filled presence of the Spirit into your heart.
