SPRED (Special Religious Development) is a program in which children (K-8) who are developmentally disabled come together with spiritual catechists to share and form with others a small faith community.
SPRED will:

- Encourage personal and spiritual growth in a small group setting
- Foster the discovery of God’s presence in the child’s life
- Provide opportunities for celebration and worship through art, music and spiritual lessons
- Prepare the child for sacraments
Volunteer with SPRED
We are looking for volunteers! Anyone can volunteer, including high school students.
NOTE: All volunteers 18+ are required to submit Diocesan paperwork and a background check. Student volunteers (Grades 9-12) do not need to do this requirement.
