Welcome, Parents! Our online registration system is quick and easy to use. You’ll answer a few questions about your child, and the system will place them in the correct class based on grade level and sacramental needs.

Session Schedule
Our religious education program is for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade and in need of Baptism, First Penance, First Holy Communion, and/or Confirmation. If your child has received all of these sacraments, then they have completed the RE program.
2026-2027 Tuition Rates & Fees
Early Tuition Rate
1 Child: $165.00 + 5.00 processing fee
2 Children: $175.00 + 5.00 processing fee
3+ Children: $195.00 + 5.00 processing fee
Starting August 1
1 Child: $185.00 + 5.00 processing fee
2 Children: $195.00 + 5.00 processing fee
3+ Children: $210.00 + 5.00 processing fee
First Communion Retreat Fee: $30
Confirmation Retreat Fee: $50
Confirmation Robe: $25 —Students receiving Confirmation must wear a robe for the ceremony. A purchase link will be sent to parents during the school year.
Registration Materials
Please prepare the following material prior to registration.
- Copy of Baptismal Certificate: We require a copy of each child’s Baptismal Certificate (if baptized). You may upload the certificate during registration or email it to us at nativity.ccd@nativityburke.org. No need to resubmit if submitted to the RE office in previous years.
- Payment Information/Card: Upon completing registration, our integrated PayPal checkout will ask for your card information (no PayPal account needed). Registrations are only confirmed after payment is made, so please be prepared to pay as soon are you are prompted.
- Please Note: You may register up to 5 children on this form. Please register ALL children together to receive the family discount.
