Our rosary makers (you can join us…see below) continue to make rosaries for the foreign mission and for our parish. Last year we made over 9,000 rosaries. Now, there is even a greater need to pray to our Lady for her protection and help, for our families and for our country.
Our Blessed Mother appeared many times to encourage us to pray the rosary. WE have an important mission!
There are rosary makers who are looking forward to teaching you how to make cord mission rosaries or knotted rosaries. During the Covid-19 restrictions we will not have classes for a group but will meet with one or two people. Our rosary makers will meet outside at a convenient time for those involved, keeping social distancing and using masks, clean supplies and clean hands. Please, join this amazing ministry in our efforts. Every rosary is appreciated. We even collect, clean, and repair old or broken rosaries, and those you get in the mail, all are sent to the foreign missions.
All Supplies for the cord mission rosaries and knotted rosaries are provided, and once you learn, you work at your own pace in your own home. We teach men, women and children especially the Confirmation Candidates. Usually it takes just one class to learn how to make the barrel knot and how to complete a rosary. How to Make a Rosary Instructions
We are continuing to pray the rosary virtually at home! Email us to get all the information!
Join us in a Rosary prayer group composed of children and led by children! The Children’s Rosary, is a worldwide prayer group movement for children and we have a consecrated group right here at Nativity!
All ages and abilities are welcome. Rosaries and prayer books are provided. No prior knowledge of the Rosary is needed. Parents attend in the role of “guardian angels” of this worldwide prayer movement. The children will offer their prayer intentions to Mary which are then consecrated during Mass that Sunday.
