The Nativity Craft Group was founded approximately 40 years ago by a group of women who were concerned about the poor of our community and came together to make a difference. It is on the shoulders of those kind, forward thinking and dedicated women that we continue that same mission of contributing funds to charities which are working directly to serve the needs in our community.
All are welcome to join! Members of the group work on individual projects of their choice. The group gets together weekly in order to support those looking for direction or assistance with their particular project, and to participate in the fellowship that we have all come to enjoy. We are there to support each other while coming together to support the needs of our community.
Recognizing everyone has a busy life, members attend our weekly Thursday meetings whenever they are able. Attendance is never taken and all are welcome to join us whenever they can.
When: Thursday Mornings | 9:30–11:30 am
Where: Fr. Ready Room
We have a diverse group of crafters with diverse talents. If you have ever been to one of our bazaars, you will see handmade items created from several different media—yarn, fabric, ceramics, greeting cards created from photographs taken from many corners of the world, and hand painted cards with watercolors by two of our many gifted Nativity Parishioners.
