Fall 2025 Edge Schedule
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS
Middle school is an exciting and challenging time – and our youth need caring adults to walk with them in faith. Nativity’s middle school Edge program is looking for new volunteers of all ages, from young adults and college students, to parents, grandparents, and all parishioners in between. Join us for a short interest meeting on Sunday, August 17th at 4pm in the Fr. Ready Room. For questions, reach out to Claire Anderson (cym@nativityburke.org). We look forward to meeting you!
How to Get Involved
Due to diocesan requirements, all participants must be registered for Youth Ministry using our free, online form. The form includes waivers for all on-site events and only needs to be filled out once during the 2025-2026 school year.

Get ready to bounce, jump, and soar to new heights as we come together for a night of high-flying fun at Sky Zone! Don’t miss this opportunity to have an absolute blast with your friends in Youth Ministry. This event will be held on December 12, and registration will open in November.

One Act Theater Ministry
Calling all 8th-12th graders!
Join us as we use the stage to praise and glorify God! Whether you’re a seasoned performer or trying it out for the first time, you are welcome. Auditions will be held on December 11 from 7:00–8:30 p.m. in the music room.

Life is VERY Good! January 22
All teens in grades 8–12 are invited to join Nativity’s Youth Ministry at Life is VERY Good on Thursday, January 22, 2026. This is an evening of praise the night before the annual March for Life. You can expect adoration with Bishop Burbidge, dynamic speakers, and great music. Registration will open in December.

BASH! April 25
Bishop Burbidge invites all middle school students of the Diocese to join him at BASH 2026!
When: Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 3:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Who: Middle schoolers in grades 6-8
What: Music, games, inspirational speakers, confessions, a Vigil Mass for Sunday, and more!
Where: Bishop O’Connell High School, departing by bus from Nativity at 2:30 pm
Cost: $25, includes bus transportation, dinner, snacks, t-shirt, and more

Learn MoreCamp on the Edge: June 30 - July 3, 2026
Camp on the Edge (COTE) is a service-learning experience open to current 5th-8th graders. For four days, our young people of the Church will live out their faith by engaging in service projects at Nativity and throughout the larger Burke community.
COTE 2026 will take place from Tuesday, June 30 – Friday, July 3 from 1:30-4:30 pm. Registration will open in March.
