Diocesan Week of Service

The Diocesan Week of Service (November 9–16) will be a powerful week in which parishioners from across the Arlington Diocese participate in one or more Corporal or Spiritual Works of Mercy and serve as witnesses to Christ’s love in our local communities. Msgr. Bob invites all parishioners to participate in this powerful week dedicated to living love in action in our community.

Get Involved!

Nativity Parish has chosen three service opportunities that you and your family are invited to participate in. You are welcome to participate in one, two, or all three service projects!  You are also free to pick a different project here.

Nativity has chosen three service projects:

    • Coat Drive | Led by Nativity Dames & Knights of Columbus
    • Food Collection | Led by Nativity’s No Hands But Yours
    • Tree Planting | Led by Nativity’s Creation Care Ministry

Serve with Your Ministry!

Some Nativity ministries have already committed to specific service projects. You are welcome to serve with your regular Nativity ministry group or participate in a different service project – the choice is yours!

      • Also participating: Italian Heritage and Cultural Society, Gift Shop, Journey of Hope, Sunday Night Volleyball, OCIA, Girl Scouts, Hispanic Ministry, Prayer Shawl, Rosary Ministry, Men’s Prayer & Reflection Group, Pro-Life Ministry, Laundry Love, Love is Given, YA & Family Ministries, Nativity School, 5:00 pm Choir, Art & Environment, Children’s Rosary Ministry
