2025 Soup Supper Details

5:30–7:00 pm in the Cafeteria

Soup Suppers are an opportunity to gather for a simple meal as a parish community while also supporting Youth Ministry here at Nativity. Parishioners of all ages donate soups, and our parish teens serve the meal. In addition, various Nativity ministries host each week and serve alongside our teens. This event is free and open to all parishioners.

Support Youth Ministry

Donations at the door will benefit Youth Ministry at Nativity. All the funds raised will help send our high schoolers to WorkCamp and our fall retreat.

Soup Donation Details

SOUP DONATIONS NEEDED!  This event is sustained by the generosity of our parishioners.  Please consider donating a soup or bread. See details below.

1. 1. Register to donate a soup or bread.
   2. Make a minimum of 1 large crock pot of soup (approximately 15, 8oz servings).
   3. Label all of your items (exterior base, pot insert, and lid) with your name and phone number. Masking tape works well, and we will have some on site for those who need it. No soup ladles needed – if you bring one in, we cannot guarantee it will get back to you.
   4. Soup delivery: bring soup in a slow cooker or a warm pot. We cannot reheat cold soups on site.
   5. Deliver soup to the Cafeteria between 4:45–5:15 pm on your designated day. Follow the signs.
   6. Collect your pot at the end of the evening or pick it up from the parish office the next day.
