Guidelines

- Due to the large size of our parish, we can honor a maximum of 5 Mass Intention requests per year, per family/household.
- The calendar for Mass Intentions will open for requests from January 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026.
- Please stop by in person at the parish office to schedule Mass Intentions, or use the online request form below. Unfortunately we are not able to honor phone requests.
- We try our best to accommodate requested dates but some dates might be unavailable (i.e. Novena Masses, etc.). In case of unavailability, we will try our best to schedule on the closest date possible.
We greatly appreciate your patience, kindness and understanding as we try to accommodate many requests!

Please note: This is a request form only. Once you have submitted the form, kindly wait until you receive confirmation that your Mass intention has been scheduled. Only then should you proceed with the payment, following the instructions provided in the confirmation email.
