Homemade Pizza & Ravioli Tasting
Join NIHCS in May for “Pizza and Ravioli Night.” Oh, this will be fun! We’re keeping the talent in-house. Mike Martini, son-in-law of members Nancy and Rich Treanor, will bring his pizza oven and show us how pizza-making is done. Member Vernetta Galiani will demonstrate preparing homemade ravioli. We’ll all get a chance to sample what they make. Yum!

As always, a social hour will follow. Members are asked to bring dessert or wine, if they can. Become a member at any monthly meeting. Guests are welcome for a $5 fee.
