Dear Parents,
Our online registration system is designed to assist you!  The online registration will ask a series of questions about your child.  Based on the information you provide, our system will prompt you to register your child in the proper class according to the student’s grade and Sacramental needs.

NOTE: Proving a copy of your child’s baptism certificate is a registration requirement. You will be able to upload it in the registration.  If your child was baptized at Nativity, we still need a copy of the baptism certificate.  Baptism certificates do not need to be resubmitted for returning students.

• • Copy of Baptismal Certificate:  We require a copy of each child’s Baptismal Certificate, if baptized.  You do not need to send one again for children that previously submitted a copy during former RE classes at Nativity.  Those waiting on other parishes for a Baptismal Certificate copy have two weeks to email us one.
  • Payment Information/Card: Upon completing registration, you will be prompted to ‘Pay Now’ for the registration fee. This creates a unique PayPal invoice link for you to submit payment through. Registrations are only confirmed after payment is made, so please be prepared to pay as soon are you are prompted.  You do not need a PayPal account to checkout
  • Please Note:  You will be able to register up to 5 children on this registration form. Please register ALL of your children together on one form. If you register them on separate forms, you will not receive the discount for multiple children.
