Registration for all RE 2025-2026 classes is now closed.

Dear Parents,
Our online registration system is designed to assist you!  The online registration will ask a series of questions about your child.  Based on the information you provide, our system will prompt you to register your child in the proper class according to the student’s grade and Sacramental needs.

If the session you want does not appear when selecting your child’s class, that session is full and you must choose from the remaining available options.

Our religious education program is for children in Kindergarten through 12th grade and in need of Baptism, First Penance, First Holy Communion, and/or Confirmation. If your child has received all of these sacraments, then they have completed the RE program.

• • Copy of Baptismal Certificate:  We require a copy of each child’s Baptismal Certificate, if baptized.  If your child was baptized at Nativity, we still need a copy of the baptism certificate.  You do not need to send one again for children that previously submitted a copy during former RE classes at Nativity.  Those waiting on other parishes for a Baptismal Certificate copy have two weeks to email us one.
  • Payment Information/Card: Upon completing registration, you will be prompted to ‘Pay Now’ for the registration fee. This creates a unique PayPal invoice link for you to submit payment through. Registrations are only confirmed after payment is made, so please be prepared to pay as soon are you are prompted.  You do not need a PayPal account to checkout
  • Please Note:  You will be able to register up to 5 children on this registration form. Please register ALL of your children together on one form. If you register them on separate forms, you will not receive the discount for multiple children.
