7 Churches Holy Thursday Pilgrimage
On Holy Thursday, the Church remembers Jesus’s time of prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane before he was arrested and put to death. Churches stay open until midnight and have a special area where the Eucharist is exposed for Adoration. It’s often decorated as a garden to help you to imagine yourself with Jesus before his suffering and death on the cross. We will first attend Mass together, then visit local Churches in the area to keep Christ company, and end with Night Prayer at Nativity.
Who: Teens in grades 9-12
When: Thursday, March 28 from 7:30 pm-12:00 am midnight
Where: Meet at Nativity, beginning with Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 7:30 pm. We will sit together – look for our reserved pews.

As a community of young Catholics, we support one another while navigating both the joys and the challenges of living out our faith. Empowered to live out the call to discipleship, we come together to grow spiritually through prayer, conversation, and service.
On Sunday evenings, we gather for dinner at 6:30pm following the 5:30pm Mass. Life Teen is a great opportunity to make new friends while exploring how to live out your faith in daily life. If you’re looking to grow spiritually in a more intentional environment, consider joining one of our Life Teen High School Small Groups. No matter how you plan to participate, please fill out our free Life Teen Registration Form required by the Diocese.
Our Life Teen High School Youth Ministry program offers teenagers catechetical, faith, and relational formation in accordance with the USCCB’s Renewing the Vision.

YM CalendarLiving Stations of the Cross
Are you looking for a way to enter more deeply into the season of Lent? Participate in our bilingual Living Stations of the Cross, a prayerful meditation of Jesus’ journey to the Cross. Don’t count yourself out just because you’re not a “theater kid.” There are no lines to memorize, and there are a variety of ways to get involved – cast, crew, narrator (English & Spanish), costumes, music, directing, and more!
Rehearsal Schedule:
Sunday, March 10 from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m.
Sunday, March 17 from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Monday, March 18 from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m.
Tuesday, March 19 from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m. (Dress Rehearsal)
Presentation: Friday, March 22 at 7:00 p.m. (4:30pm Call Time)

WorkCamp 2024: June 22-28
WorkCamp is an annual youth ministry program culminating in a week-long overnight camp providing the high school teens of the Diocese with an opportunity to encounter Christ through service, faith, and fellowship. WorkCamp 2024 is scheduled for June 22–28, 2024 in Frederick County, Virginia.
The WorkCamp application for teens and volunteers is open now through January 15. Our first formation meeting is on January 21.

Join our Hospitality Ministry! We’re building a community of parents and parishioners to cook dinner for our teens each week at Life Teen using our parish kitchen. There are many opportunities to get involved as a cook or server – many hands make light work! This is a great way to engage with our young people!
If you are not available to volunteer but are interested in supporting this ministry, please consider making a donation to our hospitality fund. All donations will be used to purchase food, drinks, and supplies for each meal. You can donate here. Please write the word “Hospitality” in the notes section.

High School Small Groups
High school small groups are an opportunity to gather for prayer, conversation, and fellowship as we support one another in our journey of faith. We offer both girls and guys small groups for teens in 9th-12th grade. This intentional gathering is a great way to go deeper in the practices and knowledge of our faith and to meet other teens in the parish who are looking to grow spiritually.

Calling all 8th-12th graders!
Join us as we use the stage to praise and glorify God! Whether you’re a seasoned performer or trying it out for the first time, everyone is welcome. Let’s come together, have fun, and celebrate our faith through the art of theater. Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity to shine on stage and connect with others who share your passion!
This year’s annual Diocesan One Act Festival will take place on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Nativity. The day begins with 9am Mass and concludes at 3:00 pm. Be part of the magic as groups from across the Diocese gather to present their One Act plays and short films.
But that’s not all – our Nativity performance will take place after the festival on Saturday at 7:30 pm. Come join us as we celebrate the joy of expressing our love for God through the art of performance.

Youth Ministry Summer Camps
Nativity’s Vacation Bible Camp and Camp on the Edge are scheduled for Tuesday, June 18 – Friday, June 21, 2024. Registration will open in April of 2024.
We are looking for adult and high school volunteers that are ready to encourage and uplift the young members of our church as they learn to live out their faith. Contact us if you would like to assist with this program. Volunteer registration will open in March.

Thank you for joining us at RALLY 2023! This annual event is an opportunity for the young Church in the Diocese of Arlington to gather each year to pray, learn, and celebrate the Catholic faith. RALLY includes Mass with Bishop Burbidge, Eucharistic Adoration, inspirational speakers and entertainers, breakout sessions, inflatable games, music, and more!
RALLY 2024 is scheduled for Sunday, October 27, 2024.
RALLY is open to any high school aged youth wanting to attend, at any stage in their faith journey. If you’ve never participated in Youth Ministry at Nativity, this is a great way to join and meet new people!
