Mission Trip to Honduras 2026

The Honduras Mission Trip is designed for College-Age and Young Adult parishioners to visit our newest partnership in Honduras through Operation Starfish. We work with Food for the Poor, Inc., to plan this trip and connect it to our parish’s Operation Starfish ministry. The mission trip has reached full capacity and registration is now closed.

When: July 12-18, 2026
Where: San Pedro Sula, Monteverde, Guaimaca communities in Honduras
Who: Students graduating High School in 2026 (must be 18+) through young adults (20s and 30s).

This mission trip is more than travel—it’s a chance to represent Nativity in the communities and clinics we’ve helped build through Operation Starfish. During the week, you will:

• • Make a direct, meaningful impact by preparing and distributing food packages and family kits.
  • Support Nativity’s sponsored projects, including visiting and assisting at the newly completed clinics.
  • Serve children and families at a local orphanage through play, encouragement, and presence.
  • Witness sustainable change by meeting families who’ve launched their own income-generating projects.
  • Grow spiritually as you witness the face of God in a foreign place and in the people you serve.
  • Build friendships with fellow young adults and the communities you meet.
  • Experience Honduran culture—its warmth, food, music, and traditions.
  • Step outside your comfort zone and discover new strengths and perspectives.
    
  • Have fun traveling with a group committed to service and adventure.
